Our wine manufactory is located at 1,150 meters above sea level in Malles Venosta, in one of the highest wine-growing regions in Europe. Here, where alpine freshness meets mediterranean warmth, our Solaris vines grow on living, mineral-rich soils. This unique combination of climate, altitude and terroir gives our wines their distinctive and authentic character. The name of our manufactory is no coincidence: Vin stands for wine, Ventum for the wind that blows daily through the vineyards, shaping our unique microclimate.

Winemaking out of passion – a father and daughter’s project
Behind our wine manufactory is a family partnership: a father–daughter team united by a deep love for wine and nature. While Stefan provides the foundation through his experience and profound understanding of the terroir, Julia brings fresh perspectives and new impulses. Together, we cultivate our vines with dedication, following the rhythms of nature and paying close attention to every detail.
Our philosophy – craftsmanship, nature and respect
Each vine is carefully tended by hand. We work according to organic principles, completely avoid the use of machinery, and support our vines with natural herbal teas as gentle plant protection. This mindful approach not only strengthens the health of the vines but also preserves the rich biodiversity of our vineyards — from wild herbs to beneficial insects, bees and butterflies that bring our landscape to life. For us, quality is born from attentiveness, patience and uncompromising craftsmanship, from the vine all the way to the bottle.

Our wines are made exclusively from the rare grape variety Solaris and reflect the unique terroir of the Vinschgau Valley. Through careful vineyard work and gentle vinification, elegant and profound wines are created in limited quantities. Each bottle is the result of conscious craftsmanship, genuine passion and a deep connection to the natural environment.

Whether during a tasting or through an order, we are happy to share our passion with you. Visit us in our cellar under the arcades of Glorenza, the smallest town in South Tyrol and one of the smallest towns in Italy. At present, we do not have fixed opening hours, but we are always happy to make time for you. Simply contact us in advance to arrange a personal visit.
